First location |eltsovka.gif| . School
sessions will take place in the area called Eltzovka in the
Main Building of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy
for Medical Sciences (“Medical Academy”). The Big Conference
Hall is at the second floor. The Research Institute for Molecular
Biology and Biophysics (RI MB&B, SB RAMS) occupies the
5th and 6th flours of this building.
The address: 2, Timakova Street, 630117, Novosibirsk, Russia,
phone (fax): +7(3832)321256. If you travel from Akademgorodok,
this is the final stop of the bus #52 or “marschrutka” #52
(= #1152) “Medical Academy”. If you travel from the city of
Novosibirsk, it will be most convenient to take “marschrutka”
#23 at its 1st stop “Metro Rechnoy Vokzal” (Subway
River Station), and then on its final stop “Café Ogonek”
change it for a short trip on the bus or “marschrutka” #52
(= #1152) in the direction of “Medical Academy”.
Other locations |Univ.gif| . The only hotel
of Akademgorodok “Golden Valley” (third location) faces the
Main Building of the Novosibirsk State University (second
location). The Student Apartment Complex (NSU Campus) starts
behind the Main Building and goes down the Pirogova Street.
If you travel from the city of Novosibirsk, it will be most
convenient to take bus #8 or #22 or “marschrutka” #15 or #1091
or #1075 or #1035 at “Metro Rechnoy Vokzal” (Subway River
Station) in the direction of Akademgorodok, and travel till
the final stop “Zvetnoy Proezd” (Colored Passage). The hotel
and university campus are on the walking distance from this
bus stop. If you travel from the national of international
airport Tolmachovo, take the bus #108 till the final stop
“Golden Valley”.
The participants of the school are welcome
to present their research results as posters. The posters
will be evaluated by the lecturers and organizers throughout
the first 3 days of the school (sessions 1 to 3). The authors
of the selected posters will be asked to give a short talk
at the 4th day of the school. The best three poster&oral
presentations will be awarded throughout the farewell party
by one year membership of ISHE (International Society for
Human Ethology). Good luck, guys!
